Did you know that there is a Live Action Motorstorm Pacific rift miniseries? well now you do!
This web-series was produced by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan, and filmed by an Italian filming studio. it came out sometime in 2008-2009, but never really saw the light of day... until now!
It all started when i was looking at old motorstorm pages on webarchive, like usual. then, suddenly i stumble across this post talking about a live action Motorstorm series, written about in italian. Google translate isn't the most reliable thing in the world, so at first i thought they were just talking about the "Public service announcement" ad. but no, this was something else.
i spent AGES looking for these videos, and after a good while, i was lucky enough to find them. buried deep in the depths of the japanese internet, i found the full series in its full glory. they were once posted on the Japanese Playstation site, but sadly that site is long gone. Luckily it was reuploaded on this japanese forum i found on webarchive, and i was able to extract them from the file directory in said site.
The total playtime is around 30ish minutes, and the content is jam-packed full of both comedy and references to other medias.
